You will play an essential role within the company, designing specialist joinery solutions that you will bring to life through converting design briefs into bespoke interior equipment for house hold names such as the NHS and Waitrose. You will be a pivotal part of the small design team of eight liaising with the production team to ensure that products remain compliant with customer specifications. The ideal candidate will receive specialist training to become the industry expert within the manufacture of bespoke fitout products from joinery and metalwork to lighting and signage.
