Required to start in the new academic year for September 2024, I have a popular and well respected school already seeking out their new and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers/ ECTs for their full time posts. We are looking for Early Career Teachers/ ECTs who are able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons across the curriculum in their specific subject. Ideally candidates will work well with staff and have the ability to inspire able and motivated students. Some of the roles may be on a rolling basis but with potential of longer-term or even permanent work after a 12 week AWR period available for the right Teacher. Furthermore, you will be supported by a dedicated consultant who will be able to place you in schools, provide feedback and support your professional development through our online training platform. The working hours can be flexible, and you can work on a full-time and part-time basis depending on your circumstances. We also offer roles for: Early Years Foundation Stage/ EYFS Key Stage 1/ KS1 Key Stage 2/ KS2 Special Educatonal Needs and Disabilities/ SEND TeacherActive are looking to appoint an exceptional Early Career Teachers/ECT in Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas who can: Teach all pupils in your class according to their educational needs and acknowledging that every lesson counts; Create a well ordered and secure environment that will ensure the educational well-being of individual children within the classroom; Manage additional adults in the classroom to maximise learning opportunities; Make effective use of ICT to enhance learning and teaching; Undertake careful planning and delivery of the curriculum; Ensure careful and ongoing assessment of the pupils learning to inform further; Ensure that the curriculum is differentiated to mean that tasks and activities are matched to the ability of the children and henceforth allowing them to make progress at the right pace and level; Complete all assessments and records as determined by school policy in a timely fashion; Work with school leaders to track the progress of individual children and intervene where pupils are not making progress; Ensure that equal opportunities are implemented in the classroom and throughout the school; Undertake other duties, which may be reasonably assigned by the Headteacher to ensure the smooth running of the school.
