If so my client are looking for you! Company A long-established firm with a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers, they help local businesses with all their heating requirements. Specialising in maintenance contracts for care homes, schools, educational properties, hotels, offices and much more. The company is based in Poole, Dorset and you will be expected to travel within surrounding areas up to approximately 80-mile radius. The vacancy has arisen due to the growth of the company. Role and responsibilities The successful candidate will be involved in servicing, maintenance, installation rsquo;s and repairs of heating and unvented hot water plant in both commercial and domestic properties. middot; Testing equipment and appliances to ensure that they function and meet safety standards middot; Installation work middot; Assess risks and follow all safety regulations middot; Gas safety checks, gas network tests middot; Compiling assets lists, condition reports middot; Repairing or replacing other Plant, i.e. pumps, pipe work, tanks, FCUs, sinks, taps, actuators valves Candidate Requirements middot; 1 years minimum experience middot; Domestic Gas Qualification middot; Commercial Gas qualified middot; Able to carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and installation work middot; Full driving licence essential We provide a van, full uniform and all tools required. Company days out, quarterly team building events 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Start and finish times will vary dependent on site requirements but expected core hours will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an on-call rota in place which you would expect to fulfil 1 in every 6 weeks.
