Discover more about Nacro here Job Description About the Role: As a Housing Support Worker with Nacro in Manchester, you #39;ll play a crucial role in providing essential support to residents within our Community Accommodation Service ndash; Tier 2 (CAS-2). You #39;ll be part of a dedicated team committed to empowering individuals to find and maintain stable accommodation, reducing their risk of reoffending and supporting their reintegration into society. Key Responsibilities: middot; Develop and implement effective support and safety plans for residents, collaborating with specialist agencies as needed. middot; Ensure properties are maintained, furnished, and equipped to provide a safe and comfortable living environment. middot; Support residents in understanding their responsibilities to maintain their CAS-2 placement and prepare for future accommodation. middot; Empower and motivate residents to identify and achieve their desired outcomes, fostering independence and self-reliance. middot; Collaborate with residents to develop comprehensive move-on plans, identifying realistic options for their future housing needs.
