Sales negotiator

Work for an Estate Agent in Hornchurch that does things differently. My client have been established in this area for 7 years now and have another office less than 5 miles away. They are looking for an additional Sales Negotiator to join their driven team in Hornchurch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience. Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiaor role will include: Match buyers with their ideal homes through insightful consultations. Accompany viewings, showcasing properties with enthusiasm and knowledge. Negotiate offers with finesse, securing the best deals for our clients. Progress sales transactions efficiently, ensuring a smooth journey for vendors. Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor. Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. Conduct valuations and secure new properties for our portfolio. Skills Experience for this Sales Negotiator role: A minimum of 1 year #39;s experience in sales, ideally within the property sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of the Hornchurch property market is a plus. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach. Impeccable time management and organizational skills. A genuine passion for property and a commitment to exceptional service. A valid UK driving licence is essential Salary Benefits for this Sales Negotiator role include; Basic salary is circa GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus commission, bonuses, and a car allowance. Realistic OTE of circa GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum including car allowance.
