Works analysis administrator

Data Administrator / Yeovil / GBP14.55 per hour Our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Work Analysis team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and productivity across operations. As a Works Analysis Administrator, you #39;ll be instrumental in conducting analytical reviews, maintaining key performance metrics, and providing support to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Harmonise work analysis methodologies across sites/plants. Document meeting minutes and key actions. Administer hour corrections and extract RAW data. Update and compile SOP #39;s on procedures. Analyse performance data against various metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes. Ensure accurate documentation of processes. Provide clear and concise reports on operational data. Support the implementation of new technology and processes. Undertake training and coaching for the team and external customers. About You: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft products. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data with ease. Methodical and systematic approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision. Qualification or equivalent experience to a GCSE level in a numerical-based subject. A team player with a customer-focused mindset. Nice to Have: Experience in the Aerospace industry. Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI.
