Building Maintenance Assistant Hours: 36 hours per week. Permanent contract Location: Shropshire, Staffordshire, Telford. Salary: GBP24,317.66 to GBP27,103.05 per annum + Essential car user allowance of up to GBP1,239 per annum Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? As a Building Maintenance Assistant, you rsquo;ll play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence. We are looking for someone who is customer focused with people skills and enjoys working with elderly people and people who need support. You will be assisting with minor plumbing, carpentry and finishes along with areas of health and safety. If you don rsquo;t have the right level of experience, don rsquo;t worry, we will train, coach, and mentor you to become the best version of yourself.
