Job Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager: Selling solutions and Variable Speed Drives. Utilize product knowledge and market experience to achieve automation sales growth and exceed targets. Proactively identify and engage new leads and companies to expand business reach. Target OEMs to promote and sell the company #39;s Variable Speed Drives. Strategize and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and forecasts. Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments, including procurement, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations. Drive pipeline generation to facilitate revenue growth and achievement of targets. Monitor, forecast, and provide regular reports on sales activities within your area, tracking against key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements for the Business Development Manager: Full Clean UK Driving License Proven track record of developing new business Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Strong working knowledge of low voltage Variable Speed Drive, Soft Starter, and controls systems designs and implementations is required! Sound experience of the UK automation market and customer base is required! Ability to self-motivate and self schedule. Excellent communication skills Experience in account management and developing client relationships.
