An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join a medium sized dementia residential home based in Northampton. The home are recruiting for senior care assistants to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts. Please see details below: GBP12 - GBP13ph Day shifts 12 hour shifts Full time contracted Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role: bull; A kind and caring person bull; Previous experience in administering medication bull; Previous experience as a senior care assistant in a care home bull; NVQ2 or higher in Health Social Care Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting * Manage a team of care assistants * Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients Limited interview slots are available so if you are interested please do not hesitate to contact me when you can. *Able to offer staff benefits as well as support towards gaining higher qualifications* If you are interested in this position please apply now
