Business development consultant

Platform Resourcing are working with a highly successful company based in Cwmbran who are looking to recruit a new Business Development Consultant in an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will have experience within a Business Development or Sales role, having experience of generating leads, arranging client visits, carrying out presentations, securing new business and account managing existing clients. You will be given warm leads, as well as being expected to generate new business of your own. The company is looking for the candidate to sell consultatively rather than transactionally, being able to understand client needs, provide technical advice, as well as a tailored service that will ultimately result in winning long term contracts. There will be continuous career development opportunities, and the role requires someone that has a real passion for winning new business, as well as the drive to forge excellent relationships with clients.
