Senior Design Coordinator ndash; South London ndash; Up Coming Residential Contractor * Position: Senior Design Coordinator * Office + Project Based: South London * Residential Projects I am currently representing an Independent local Construction Development company with a unique opportunity for a Senior Design Coordinator to join the team. Specialist residential builder since 2010, building homes for all types of tenure, affordable, private sale, private rent, retirement living plus halfway homes for those in short term need. Schemes come in all shapes and sizes from one off luxury executive homes to complex regeneration of brownfield sites and mixed-use schemes. The Position: Reporting into the Head of Technical, you will be required to Provide architectural support and technical guidance for site-based operations. Organise and control design development in accordance with Construction programmes. You will also drive liaison with local and statutory authorities, ensuring progress is maintained. You will also progress the discharge of all planning conditions, liaise and coordinate with Design consultants and coordinate drawing issues.
