Awareness of national developments in the Primary phase and ability to incorporate them into classroom practices. Strong grasp of curriculum enrichment methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils. Up-to-date knowledge of child protection issues and procedures. Commitment to and understanding of inclusion across all school aspects.
