Deputy Manager Residential Children rsquo;s Home Hackney London E8 GBP45k OTE We are looking for a Children rsquo;s Home Deputy Manager to join our 2 bed Children rsquo;s Home operating as a Solo Unit located in Hackney London E8 The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have EBD and complex needs. This is a growing Organisation who want to progress their staff hence a great training schedule. Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits * GBP14.50-GBP15 per hour plus sleep ins when required (GBP41k) * Working hours will include 3 x Admin days (9am-5pm) 2 x shifts (12.5 hours) plus on call duties (1 week per month)which will increase salary by GBP3.3k * Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer. * Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. * Opportunity to work flexible hours. * Generous holiday entitlement. * Workplace pension. * Genuine opportunity for progression into a Children rsquo;s Home Registered Manager position. Deputy Manager Requirements * Recent experience working either as a Children rsquo;s Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children rsquo;s Residential Support Worker in a Children rsquo;s Home. * Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification). * Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred) * Full UK Driving Licence. * You will be required to be flexible in your hours supporting the children the staff and the Manager This is a great opportunity to work in a settled home.
