Employment support assistant

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Employment Support Assistant to join Bury Council rsquo;s Employment Service on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This role is working 9:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. The Role: Providing support and advice to young people and adults to help find suitable employment and generally assist them on enhancing work life skills. This will include assisting them with independent living skills, budgeting, how to reach maximum potential, and paid employment. This will include 1 to 1 support as well as small group work. Locations can include community caf eacute;s and outdoor areas. Location Base ndash; Bury, BL9 0TD Requirements: * Previous experience of working with adults and providing employment support and advice. * Excellent customer service skills.
