Role - Senior Revit Technician Location - West Midlands HUB (1 day a week in office) Rate - Up to GBP38/hr Inside IR35 Overview My client is an forward-thinking and innovative International Multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Senior BIM Technician to work within their Birmingham area office on a Hybrid basis (1 day a week) and assist their Mechanical team on the delivery of multiple projects within the Aviation, Aerospace defence, Nuclear Custodial sectors. You will be responsible for Coordinating Delivering 3D models, creating BIM documentation whilst working alongside an established MEP team. Responsibilities Use Revit to produce schematicsand detailed drawings in in accordance with relevant standards and procedures. Carry outclash detectionsusing navisworks Work closely with the design team to deliver efficient and buildable solutions. Review subcontractors #39; BIM models and drawings for compliance reasons. Requirements Revit Experience Knowledge of BIM Level 2 Delivery Experience producing 2D 3D designs from concept stage to fully co-ordinated detailed design Have knowledge of assurance processes, standards and documentation. Experience liassing with internal/external teams (architects, design team, subcontractors etc) Experience of clash detection/resolution process using both Navisworks.
