You will be working with people who need assistance with every aspect of daily living, supporting complex health conditions, assisting people with sensory loss and communication challenges as well as with people who are significantly more independent but vulnerable to coercion and control and who may reject support. **Duties:** - Oversee daily operations within the care home or assisted living facility - Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the nursing team - Manage and support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide specialized services - Monitor and administer medications as per prescribed guidelines - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment for residents **Requirements:** - Previous experience as a deputy manager or service manager - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of medication administration protocols and senior care best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff members
