The Role * Experience of working across multiple trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing. * A relevant building/construction qualification. * A flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement. * Able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues. Our Multi skilled Operatives need to have a valid Basic DBS Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for this to be done! Person Specification Knowledge Experience * Fencing and concrete paths and patios (Mainly patch repairs) * Multi Trades which include Tiling, Painting Repairs Maintenance Void Properties Qualifications Required * Site Operative CSCS card (Desirable) * Asbestos Awareness Training (Desirable) * Trade City Guilds/ NQV qualification or Time Served Full UK Driving License * SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable) * First Aid Trained (Desirable) * DBS check completed (Desirable) Direct applicants will only be considered, no agencies on this occasion thank you.
