MIG Welder Requirements: Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of past work. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications or qualifications in welding are desirable.
