Finance assistant

Finance Assistant Up to GBP32,000 Cheltenham * Opportunity to join one of Gloucestershire rsquo;s most reputable Accountancy practises * My client boasts a beautiful office location, excellent training and hybrid working once probation is passed * Please note that due to office location, applicants will need access to a vehicle Your responsibilities will include: * Preparation of quarterly management reports * AD hoc reconciliations and analyses * VAT returns * Running reports using Practice Management system * Dealing with practice management queries, e.g. regarding time postings, credit notes * Partner and staff expenses * General day to day accounting functions for example, processing supplier invoices, weekly payment runs, bank account and other balance sheet reconciliations.
