Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry. This Production Manager position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, the successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of up to 100 colleagues to provide a safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective production services for Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services (LTLGS) and its customers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements and procedures. Engage in the LTLGS strategy and finance plan development. Deliver robust plans to achieve business and operational performance targets. Role Responsibilities will include: Driving Business - Think and act as part of the LTLGS organisation, ensure safety is your number one priority. Extensive experience in budgetary issues, business measures, report and business case writing skills Excellent process improvement and change management knowledge. Working knowledge of Health safety Regulations. PC literate; ability to input and manipulate data using multiple platforms (e.g. SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
