As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to groundwork, including hand digging trenches and assisting with other construction activities. Responsibilities: * Hand dig trenches to specified depths and dimensions, ensuring accuracy and precision. * Assist with the installation of drainage systems, utilities, and other underground structures. * Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. * Perform general groundworks duties as directed by the site supervisor or foreman. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times. * Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks within specified deadlines. Requirements: * Valid CSCS card. * Previous experience as a Groundworker or similar role. * Proficiency in hand digging trenches to required specifications. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
