Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs. Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching materials. Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to create a cohesive and effective learning experience. Contribute to the overall school community, engaging with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure student success. Requirements: Previous experience working with secondary school students. Understanding of various learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges. Relevant qualifications in education or related field preferred.
