Senior development chemist

Senior Development Chemist required on a permanent basis, based in Lancashire. Requiring proven industrial experience of development/formulation, ideally within materials and/or the construction industry. Senior/leadership responsibilities are highly desirable. Title: Senior Development Chemist Location: Lancashire Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Term: Permanent SRG are working with a family-run business who are a leading manufacturer specialising in the development and production of construction products. They are now continuing their growth and expansion and are seeking to hire a Senior Development Chemist to join their technical team. This role will play a crucial part in continuing the development of both new and existing products, deputising for and making decisions in the absence of the Laboratory Manager, and supporting in the continued commissioning of brand-new plant and manufacturing facilities. Candidates with proven industrial experience of developing products within the materials/construction industry are encouraged to apply, with senior/leadership responsibilities highly desirable. Working hours: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 2:00pm Friday.
