Position: Assistant Project Manager Location: Horsham Office/ Surrey Based Sites Responsibilities: * Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress. * Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues that may arise. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. * Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist in managing project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Requirements: * Bachelor #39;s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
