WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST RED KITE WASTE HAVE DELIVER KEY STAFF AT ALL LEVELS TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING SECTOR PACKAGE: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 TITLE: Operations Production Supervisor - Waste and Recycling SHIFTS: 7-5pm Monday ndash; Friday LOCATION: Reading YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Quarry Supervisor, Asphalt Plant Manager, Metal Recycling Depot Supervisor, MRF Team Leader, MBT Plant Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Skip Hire Site Manager, Transfer Station Yard Manager, Metal processing Supervisor, WEEE Waste Operations Supervisor or similar ROLE: Operations Production Supervisor - Waste and Recycling As site supervisor you will oversee a waste recycling facility, handling plastics, paper and metals ensuring KPI #39;s are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to. You will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled and performance levels are kept to a high standard. A hands-on approach is needed for this growing company. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Production Operations Supervisor - Waste Management Recycling You will have experience in a production, manufacturing or materials processing environment with large machinery / conveyors in operation. The heavier the process the better this could be: Quarry, Aggregates, Concrete Block or Brick Production, Transfer Station, Waste Management, Metal Recycling, Asphalt Plant, Skip Hire, Scrap Metal, WEEE, Steel, Building Products, Timber, Biomass, Coal Mining, Minerals Extraction, MRF, MBT, but any will be considered. Excellent man management skills. If you have experience driving an FLT, 360 Excavator or Loading Shovel IOSH, NEBOSH or COTC and First aid qualification would be desirable YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Quarry Supervisor, Asphalt Plant Manager, Metal Recycling Depot Supervisor, MRF Team Leader, MBT Plant Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Skip Hire Site Manager, Transfer Station Yard Manager, Waste Operations Supervisor or similar
