Service desk admin

Position: Temporary Service Desk Administrator Duration: Ongoing temporary basis Location: Crawley Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) We #39;re currently seeking a Temporary Service Desk Administrator to join our client on an ongoing basis. In this role, you #39;ll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments. Responsibilities: - Monitor the email inbox for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally. - Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues effectively. - Log service requests and job details accurately into the system. - Coordinate with the engineering team to book and reschedule appointments as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service desk. Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
