Department: Mental Health and Wellness Team North Location: Community based in Romford Rate of pay: GBP27 p/h Umbrella Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension Key responsibilities: Manage a defined allocated caseload within a community setting. Participate in ward reviews, placements reviews, arrange and attend CPA reviews. Assessment of new referrals.
