Coordinator

Anderson Knight is recruiting for a coordinator for a well-established company based in Hillington. Typically, you will be office-based working on a shift rotation ndash; 35.25hrs over a 4 week period, working 1 weekend in every 4. Main duties and responsibilities are: bull; Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting. bull; Monitor and organise day to day performance of engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated. bull; Work with engineering and Maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned. bull; Assist on the delivery of customer KPI rsquo;s to ensure that targets are met. bull; Assist in assuring the team follow established procedures and quality standards. bull; Asses the needs of customers and engineers to ensure balance is maintained in a busy environment. bull; Alert the Services Manager on issues and assist as required in the resolution of such matters. Key attributes and skills: bull; Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages. bull; Customer service experience. bull; Ability to work as part of a team. bull; Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. bull; Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential. bull; Ability to build great rapport with customers and team members.
