Packer driver nights

As a result, we are currently recruiting for experienced Van Drivers based out our Stockton-on-Tees depot . The main purpose of the role will be to support with daily deliveries to new and existing customers across the northern region. 5 days over 7 Midnight until 830AM Full-time, permanent Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 Van Driver Duties: Pack and Load your vehicle safely and within legislation Deliver parcels to our customers commercial retail safely, efficiently and on time (25-40 drops per shift) Pick up and parcel returns Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit to customer Uplifting previous days orders Complete all documentation as per company procedure Break down, allocate and load inbound supplies Support with picking orders in the warehouse as and when needed Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy Adhere to company procedures and policies Our ideal candidate: Full UK driving Licence (No more than 6 points) No previous disqualifications NI, DD or DR Solid local geographical knowledge of commercial addresses streets Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi drop driving and warehouse role Undergo a background check/drug alcohol test if successful Ability to pass driving assesment Our benefits: 31 Days Annual Leave (Pro-Rota) Pension Scheme Life Cover Cycle to Work Scheme Eye Care #39;Star of the week #39; awards INCLUSION Menzies Distribution is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
