Receptionist GBP12.00 per hour Rochdale Monday to Friday 6 month contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist with an excellent share worked space facility in Rochdale. A professional receptionist is needed to cover the front desk for a 6 month contract Reception experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients. Booking meetings. Keeping the reception area tidy. Answering and forwarding phone calls. Screening phone calls. Sorting and distributing post. Key holder Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in a corporate reception role Must be customer focused Confident in delivering exceptional services in all circumstances Well-organised Thrives in an environment where providing solutions is key to success, demonstrating creativity to problem solving Friendly and polite maintains pride in personal appearance, Ability to react quickly, and prioritise needs in a fast-paced environment Team player, supports all colleagues to achieve with a #39;One Team #39; focus Efficient Self-motivated IT literate Good communication skills - both written and verbal This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
