Electrical Maintenance Engineer ndash; FM Service Provider - Commercial Building ndash; Waterloo, London - GBP42,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Waterloo, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a mixed-use commercial building near Waterloo, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site (4 Person Team). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of GBP42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of GBP42,000 Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday 1 in 4 call out Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Within a 5-minute walk of Waterloo StationHours of work Monday to Friday ndash; 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Key duties Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot cold) Carry out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Requirements Electrically qualified - City Guilds Level 2 3 City Guilds - 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing
