People and Culture Administrator ndash; Immediate Start ndash; Permanent Position - GBP28 - GBP33k per annum - 25 days rsquo; holiday, plus 8 days rsquo; bank holidays ndash; Health Care Package. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a People and Culture (P C) Administrator as the business continues to grow. Our client has global reach and leaders in their field of life sciences tools and diagnostics companies. You will contribute, and support the delivery of the People and Culture Strategy. As a P C Administrator you will be: Responsible for efficient day-to-day administration and handling GDPR compliances and confidentiality. Responsible for complete end to end recruitment practice including preparing and placing adverts, job descriptions, and interview scripts. Able to multitask. Reporting into in the P C Advisors. Proactively working with Line Managers on Employees Relations cases. Ensure all systems such as (NAVEX, Work Compass, PI, Westfield Health, UNUM, Annual Leave Systems) are kept updated on the daily basis. You will be/have: Excellent on Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent in your communication and writing skills. Extensive working experience in HR is essential or up to CIPD Level 5. Experience in HR Administration (Desirable).
