Multi skilled engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer Property Eye Building Services are one of London rsquo;s leading providers of maintenance and refurbishment works. Due to our growing client base, we are looking to employ an experienced multi skilled trader to join our amazing team of engineers. This can be a challenging environment, however due to the high demand of work this could be a long-term opportunity for the correct candidate. Working in some of London rsquo;s finest properties you will be a polite, well presented individual, who can react and adapt to different challenges on site. Key duties will include but not limited to: * Trade qualification/ 5 years rsquo; experience in General Building repairs. * Able to execute the following tasks. Carpentry, tiling, kitchen and bathrooms works including basic plumbing, decoration and patch plastering. * To work as part of a multi-skilled team providing an efficient service. * To carry out a wide range of Building work tasks. * To work with hand tools and equipment in difficult areas. * To work safely with a key appreciation of Health and Safety requirements. * Be well presented and communicate effectively with clients and our coordinators. * full valid UK driving licence. * you must be able to pass the DBS national standard security vetting process.
