As the Lead Developer of a small team, you will be playing a key role in the growth and development of their Junior and Mid weight developers and helping the team to grow and expand. Working closely with the Technical Architect/CTO, they are undergoing a big digital transformation project and you will be helping them to move towards newer and slicker technical approaches. The projects that you and your team will be working on will be varied and for clients in different industry sectors, technical stack is C#, .Net, Web API, React, Full Stack development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Developer or Senior who is ready to step up in to a Lead role to be heavily involved in growing and developing their own team. We need you to have: Experience leading, mentoring and offering guidance to other team members.
