Contract Manager Reactive Maintenance Voids GBP65,000 + Benefits Hastings - East Sussex Role: Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for an Contract Manager to join their management team. As a Contract Manager you will be managing reactive repairs voids across a contract that spans across Sussex. Reporting in to the Divisional Manager, you will have a team reporting in to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin and operatives. Experience: Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams Creating a work safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally) A flexible, can do attitude and want to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage the H S, quality and programme performance on their projects This is a very fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a business that is growing and developing.
