Key tasks: Completing a detailed audit of the business #39;s current capabilities, expertise, customers and markets In conjunction with the SLT, developing and implementing a strategy to grow ebitda over a 3-5 year period, maximise value, position and lead the business through a successful sale The Person Must have demonstrable experience of leading a manufacturing business through transformation, ebitda growth and successful sale Experience of precision machining, National and International OEM #39;s and distributors - highly desirable Strategic thinker, authentic leader, excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels Innovative, customer obsessed, commercially astute, always looking to exceed expectations The Company Well, established, profitable, thought and market leader, supplying a prestigious portfolio of national and international, OEM #39;s and specialist distributors.
