Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician Location: Newcastle Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum Summary: Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting career opportunity? Benefits: Standard Holiday Enhanced pension Scheme Health care Overtime available Requirements/Qualifications: #x25CF; Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or Maintenance i.e. City Guilds Level 3. #x25CF; Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations. #x25CF; Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting within a facilities management organization. #x25CF; Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits schematics. #x25CF; Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electrical maintenance. #x25CF; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. #x25CF; Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clear maintenance reports. #x25CF; A valid full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position. Day to Day Duties: #x25CF; Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems. #x25CF; Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing equipment efficiency. #x25CF; Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels. #x25CF; Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical and mechanical issues. #x25CF; Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhance system performance and safety. #x25CF; Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. #x25CF; Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
