This school has an exceptionally rare and exciting opportunity to appoint the right person to join the School as a Senior Learning Support Assistant (Engagement for Learning). The Engagement for Learning Team comprises small group of pastoral staff who are dedicated to ensuring that students leave school ready and well-equipped for the next stage of their journeys. This role offers experience and training in one of the most rewarding areas of education and provides a unique insight into supporting pupil welfare and engagement in the learning process and will widen the knowledge and experience of existing LSAs. The post holder will be involved in supporting their high performing teaching and support teams in engaging pupils, managing safeguarding and facilitating positive change.
