Customer Service Advisor Location - Uddingston (free parking) My client based in Uddingston are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for the below opportunities. Salary - GBP25k - GBP27k Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDS Duties and Responsibilities: * High volume Inbound calls taking orders, uplift requests and help with general enquires * Set up specifications in system from quotes and link costings and cutting sheets into Product specs for future use * Input of sales orders, including printing orders, labels into the systems * Provide after sales customer service care via phone and help resolve any issues that the customers may have * Book in purchase orders while dealing with customers via the telephone * Liaise with production and transport regarding uplifts, delivery dates and times Do you have experience as a Customer Service Advisor?
