HR Advisor - Generalist Up to GBP37,000 per annum Birmingham We have a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client, a Manufacturing company based in Birmingham. Supporting the HR Manager, you will provide high quality advice and generalist HR support Coach and mentor line managers regarding Employee Relations matters including disciplinaries, capability, performance management and dismissals Advising on legislative and company policy and procedures in an efficient manner Support with the recruitment and selection process - including writing job adverts, shortlisting, producing offer letters and contracts of employmentThis is a excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly company. The Successful Candidate Will: Have previous experience working in a HR Generalist capacity Ideally have worked within a manufacturing environment (not essential) Be confident building rapport with employees and Managers - Have strong Employee Relations experience coupled with employment law knowledge Be personable coupled with good communication and interpersonal skills For consideration, please send your CV to
