Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant-LE4. Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester- LE4 Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: GBP83.85 - GBP90 Per day Qualifications: GCSE English GCSE Maths Level 3 Teaching Assistant Skills: Initiative Proactive Leadership Strong verbal communication Excellent listening Organisation Job Duties: The Teaching Assistant will support classroom activities, assist teachers with lesson preparation, provide one-on-one support to students, help maintain a positive learning environment, and contribute to the overall educational experience of students. Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have GCSE English, GCSE Maths. Experience: Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge and Skills: The successful candidate should demonstrate initiative, be proactive, possess strong leadership qualities, have excellent verbal communication skills, be a good listener, and exhibit strong organisational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Any additional teaching or childcare qualifications would be advantageous. Working Conditions: The role involves working in a classroom environment, collaborating with teachers and students, and supporting educational activities.
