Role Description: We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support the daily operations of our established SEN School. Specializing in educating students aged five to nineteen with Autism, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Conveniently located, our school is easily accessible from Smethwick, Walsall, Wolverhampton About you: To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistantt position, you will: bull; While desirable, qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are not mandatory. bull; Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling the quick establishment of rapport with students. bull; Possess prior experience working with children and young individuals with diverse special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and sensory requirements. bull; Capable of obtaining appropriate references and undergoing a DBS check.
