You will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating Workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximising workshop utilisation and profitability. Why apply for this Workshop Controller position? bull; Great financial package bull; 33 days holiday incl Bank holidays bull; Excellent salary and working conditions bull; Training and development bull; Excellent Benefits package Workshop Controller Key Tasks: bull; Overseeing managing and motivating a number of Technicians bull; Maximising utilisation and productivity to achieve set objectives and customers #39; expectations. bull; Ensuring the customer database is updated and accurate. bull; To identify potential warranty claims as per manufacturers requirements. bull; Liaise with Aftersales to order parts. bull; Completing job cards. bull; To undertake performance reviews and initiate training where needed. About the Person: bull; Main Dealer experience is essential bull; Experience within the Workshop Controller environment bull; An understanding of management and training techniques bull; Awareness of Health and Safety policies bull; The ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets bull; Excellent time management skills Our client is happy to discuss options of flexible working.
