ABOUT THE ROLE As Care Home Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you #39;ll support the delivery of the quality care we #39;re known for. ABOUT YOU To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager you #39;ll need experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We #39;ll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and an understanding of budget management.
