ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, you #39;ll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we #39;re known for. We #39;ll look to you to provide our multi-disciplinary team with in-depth expertise on mental health to make sure our residents get the most out of life. You #39;ll ensure each person #39;s needs are met and that they #39;re always treated with dignity and respect. ABOUT YOU To join us as a Registered Nurse (RMN), you #39;ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
