Suitable backgrounds: Professional Services Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Consultant. Location - We have a London office, but this is largely irrelevant. You can be based anywhere in the UK, as we have a remote first, work from home office policy. Salary: GBP60K - GBP65K Basic + Benefits package The company has experienced 40% year on year growth for the past 3 years and is firmly in scale up mode. The role You will be managing 4-5 smaller implementations of their SAAS platform concurrently with projects ranging from a few days to 3 months Gathering requirements working with Agile Development teams to ensure delivery Working with account managers to keep clients informed on delivery timescales - Tracking projects using Jira, Confluence etc Acting as the primary client contact taking full ownership during the delivery phase Identifying commercial opportunities as they appear and looking to offer additional value to clients You Have a background in software delivery; preferably SaaS as opposed to on Premise, but flexible.
