Health and safety advisor

Health Safety Advisor - Luton Our client are looking for a health safety advisor to join their growing team working on site in Luton. * You will be working with/supporting our H S Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the H S management system. * Review RAMS and safe systems of work. * Carry out site H S inspections to identify unsafe equipment, working conditions, practices, fire hazards and then produce reports using lsquo;Safety Culture rsquo; software with recommendations regarding the correction of any noncompliance. * Attend H S meetings with Senior Managers and Directors. * Produce and present reports for management review of all data and trends analysis and work with all employees as necessary to achieve KPI rsquo;s. * Assist in the implementation of the Health Safety Management System to BS ISO 45001: 2018. * Manage accident and incident reporting and associated paperwork. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in this position * Driving licence due to having to travel to other offices * NEBOSH National Construction Certificate (or working towards it), in addition Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice (would be an advantage). * Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Packages * Have a good understanding of CDM Regulations and H S compliance To find out more about this position as an Health and Safety advisor in Luton, call Charles Howe of CPR Recruitment CPR Recruitment are currently on over 500 sites across London the South East.
