They are looking for an Associate Director to lead a team and deliver exceptional results for their clients. In this role, you will: Lead a team undertaking technical design work within an airport environment. Work with clients to understand their objectives and deliver successful projects. Contribute to the development of the company #39;s airport civil engineering business. Demonstrate expertise in airfield pavement design, materials specification, and maintenance. Successfully coordinate and deliver design solutions on time and within budget.To be successful, you will have: Chartered or Fellow Civil Engineer status. Many years of design experience in an airport environment (or transferable skills). A strong understanding of airfield and infrastructure design, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion. Knowledge of UK and/or international pavement design methods. Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
