Vehicle Fitters Salary: GBP12 per hour (overtime available) Hours: Monday - Friday / 8am-4:30pm Location: Heathfield Contract: Temporary (with a chance of going permanent for the right Candidate) Vehicle Fitters required for an immediate start! Key Responsibilities: * Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and SOP #39;s * Skilfully use a wide range of air and hand tools * Follow a defined process without deviation * Maintain and build all assemblies to the quality standard required * Use and maintain company tools * Working on new vehicles to strip and refit them to customer specifications in terms of mobility access * Insulation and ply lining of vehicles * Fitting window glass and roof lights * Fitting Seats and tail lifts * Carpet lining of vehicles * Previous experience of working with hand tools is essential Please Note: Due to the companies location, the ideal candidate should possess a valid driver #39;s license and have access to a mode of transport, as public transport options in the area are limited.
