Repairs Maintenance Administrator ndash; Mid-Size Main Contractor - Romford Company Overview: My client is a well-established Main Contractor with a trading history of over 30 years. They are comfortably turning over circa GBP20m and looking to gradually increase this overtime. They undertake a wide range of projects across, residential, commercial, education and cultural/heritage sectors. Repairs Maintenance Administrator Overview: * Our client are seeking a Repairs Maintenance Administrator to join thier friendly team * You will be based in their Romford office * You will be working in a team of four administrators who all work together and help each other in a friendly, non competitive environment * Work ranges from a tap washer to c. GBP2k repairs * Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Duties: * You will be given a contract to manage. The Reairs Administrators each have their own contracts to manage * Liaising with clients and residents * Booking appointments * Managing diary for the supervisors/operatives * Handling general queries from clients * Invoicing * This is a satisfying job role where you will manage your own client contracts and will see jobs through from inception to completion * Experience with construction admin is essential, maintenance/repairs admin experience would be ideal
